Welcome to Naturale Organic ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated via the domain https://naturale-organic.com.
By accessing, registering, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Company – A legally registered business entity using the Platform.
- User – Any individual acting on behalf of a Company.
- Listing – Any public page representing a company, product, service, event, offer, or request.
- PublicHub – The public announcement area consisting of OfferHub and RequestHub.
- Services – All features, tools, and services offered through the Platform.
- Pricing Page – The official webpage of the Platform (https://naturale-organic.com/pricing) where current pricing, packages, billing conditions, and listing validity periods for Services are displayed.
1.1 Organic Disclaimer and Product Classification
- The term “Organic” in Naturale Organic’s brand is used for branding purposes only. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any organic association, certifying body, or regulatory authority.
- Users may publish both organic and conventional products, services, and events on the Platform.
- Users are solely responsible for accurately classifying and labeling their listings and PublicHub announcements using the options provided in the listing editor.
- Any mislabeling, misleading, or false claims may result in:
- Removal of the affected listings or announcements,
- Issuance of formal warnings,
- Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user account,
in accordance with these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is strictly for use by legally registered business entities. Individuals acting without a registered company are not permitted to create accounts or publish listings.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- Your company is legally registered and authorized to operate.
- You have authority to bind your company to these Terms.
- All information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Account Registration and Company Profile
To access the Platform, you must:
- Create a company account.
- Pay the One-Time Activation Fee as displayed on the official Pricing Page of the Platform at the time of registration.
This activation:
- Creates your official company listing.
- Grants full editing access to your company profile.
- Is valid for 365 days.
- The activation fee is a one-time payment and grants lifetime registration of your company account, subject to these Terms.
Your company listing (profile) remains publicly visible as long as you have at least one active listing, which includes:
- A product, service, or event listing.
- An offer or demand request via PublicHub.
If all your listings and PublicHub announcements expire or are deleted, your company listing will be automatically temporarily hidden from public view. Creating or reactivating a listing or announcement will restore the public visibility of your company profile.
Failure to maintain any active listings does not delete your company account or remove your lifetime registration. Your company listing will remain hidden from public view until at least one non-company listing is active, at which point it will be automatically made visible again.
4. Listing Packages
4.1 Standard Listing Package

The Standard Listing Package provides access to a predefined number of listings/pages usable for:

The exact number of listings included in the package, as well as current pricing, are displayed on the official Pricing Page of the Platform.
- Each activated listing is valid for 365 days.
- Unused listings expire after 270 days from listing package purchase.
4.2 Foundation Members Package (Pre-Launch Offer)
Available only to the first 100 companies.
Benefits:
- 50% lifetime discount on the Standard Listing Package.
- Applies to all renewals and future listing package purchases.
- Discount remains valid regardless of future price increases.
- Non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Package Validity & Continuity:
- The Standard Package includes 1 initial listing + 99 additional listings for product and service pages.
- Unused listings: Must be activated within 270 days of its Standard Listing Package purchase.
- Active listings: Remain live for 365 days from the date of activation.
- How to keep your status: To keep the 50% lifetime discount, you must purchase a new Standard Listing Package and activate at least one listing before your last active Standard Listing Package listing expires.
- Loss of status: If you do not have any Standard Listing Package listings that are active on the Platform, your Foundation Member status and the associated lifetime discount will be permanently lost.
5. PublicHub Announcements
PublicHub consists of two public boards:
5.1 OfferHub (Supply)
- Companies may publish global supply offers.
- All pricing, billing conditions, and announcement expiration periods for OfferHub are displayed on the official Pricing Page or within the announcement creation interface at the time of submission.
5.2 RequestHub (Demand)
- Companies may publish global demand requests.
- All pricing, billing conditions, and announcement expiration periods for RequestHub are displayed on the official Pricing Page or within the announcement creation interface at the time of submission.
Announcements remain active only as long as all required payments have been successfully processed and are up to date.
6. Event Listings
- Event Listings allow your company to promote upcoming events, trade shows, webinars, or launches.
- All events must be real and accurate; We reserves the right to remove any event that is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
- We do not support events that violate our platform policies, including prohibited content as defined elsewhere in these Terms of Service.
- All pricing, billing conditions, and announcement expiration periods for Event Listings are displayed on the official Pricing Page or within the events creation interface at the time of submission.
- Event Listings remain active only while payments are successfully processed and up to date.
- Companies are responsible for submitting their event listings for admin approval to ensure they remain visible and compliant.
7. Listing Activity & Visibility
The following rules apply to all listings on the Platform, regardless of type or package:
- Counting of Active Periods
- The validity period of each activated listing is calculated from the listing activation date, regardless of temporary inactivity.
- Days when a listing is not publicly visible for any of the reasons below do not pause or extend the validity period:
- Editing Status – When a listing is being edited, it is temporarily removed from public view until submitted for admin approval and subsequently approved (typically within 2 business days).
- Hidden Status – When a listing is manually set to HIDDEN by the user, it remains part of the account but is not visible on the frontend.
- Pending Approval – Newly submitted or edited listings require admin approval before becoming publicly visible.
- Implications
- Even if a listing is temporarily hidden or under editing, its expiration date remains unchanged.
- The user is responsible for planning edits, hiding, submissions, and payments to ensure listings remain active and visible as desired.
- Listings may be removed if they are false, misleading, or violate these Terms.
8. Payments and Billing
8.1 One-Time Activation Fee — Lifetime Registration
The One-Time Activation Fee is a one-time payment that grants lifetime registration of your company account.
"Lifetime" means:
- For the full operational lifetime of Naturale Organic.
- Until the Platform ceases operations.
- Until your account is terminated for violations of these Terms.
- Until you voluntarily delete your account.
Lifetime registration does not guarantee:
- Lifetime access to paid features, listings, packages, or announcements.
- Continued availability of specific services, pricing models, or features.
The amount of the activation fee, along with all applicable billing conditions, is displayed on the official Pricing Page at the time of registration.
8.2 Payment Terms
All payments:
- Are due in advance.
- Are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.
- Must be made using available payment methods on the Platform.
Payments that fail, are declined, or become overdue may result in suspension or deactivation of the relevant Services, Listings, or Announcements until payment is successfully completed.
8.3 Pricing, Fees, and Listing Validity
All prices, fees, billing conditions, and listing validity periods for Services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to the One-Time Activation Fee, Listing Packages, and PublicHub announcements, are displayed on the official Pricing Page of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, fees, or listing validity periods at any time. Any such changes will apply only to future purchases, registrations, or listing activations and will not affect transactions or listings that have already been completed or activated.
8.4 Listing packages
We reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue any Listing Packages, PublicHub announcements, Event Packages, or other Services at any time. The availability, composition, features, pricing, and terms of any such packages or services may change, and any modifications will apply only to future purchases or activations. Existing purchases or activated listings will not be affected by such changes.
9. User Content and Listings
9.1 Reviews
Eligibility to Post Reviews
Only registered companies with an active company listing are allowed to publish reviews. This means:
- The One-Time Activation Fee has been paid.
- The company profile is still within its valid one-year period or has at least one active listing (product, service, event, offer, or request).
If your company listing expires and you no longer have any active listings, you lose the right to publish new reviews.
Moderation and Approval
All reviews are subject to manual moderation. Each review will be:
- Reviewed by an administrator.
- Approved or rejected before becoming publicly visible.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any review that violates these Terms or our Review Guidelines.
Removal and Retention of Reviews
- We do not remove reviews at the request of the reviewed company, except where required by law or in cases of verified abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- If a user deletes their account, their published reviews will not be deleted. Instead, their displayed name will be replaced with a randomly generated name and number.
- If a listing is deleted (whether manually or through account deletion), all reviews associated with that listing will be permanently deleted, as the listing no longer exists.
Review Guidelines
All reviews must:
- Be honest, accurate, and based on genuine business experiences.
- Be written in a professional, respectful, and factual tone.
- Focus on specific aspects of the product, service, company, or transaction.
- Avoid personal attacks, hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive language.
- Avoid false statements, misleading claims, or defamatory content.
- Not contain promotional content, affiliate links, or advertising.
- Not disclose confidential, private, or personal information of individuals or companies.
We reserve the right to:
- Edit formatting (without altering meaning).
- Reject, remove, or restrict any review that violates these guidelines.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, including:
- Reviews
- Company descriptions
- Product, service, and event information
- Offers and requests
- Images, videos, and media
By submitting content, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for Platform operation and marketing.
- Confirm that you own or have legal rights to all submitted content.
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or restrict content that:
- Violates these Terms.
- Is misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or unethical.
- Harms the integrity of the Naturale Organic platform.
10. Prohibited Activities
10.1 Duplicate Content and Abuse of Listings
Each listing must represent a unique product, service, or event. Creating multiple listings for the same or substantially similar content ("duplicate content") is strictly prohibited.
At the time of creating a product, service, or event listing, users are required to confirm via a mandatory checkbox that:
- They acknowledge and understand the rule against duplicate content.
- They personally accept full responsibility and legal consequences for any violations.
If we determine that a company has violated this rule:
- We will issue up to three (3) formal warnings via an "Editing Required" notice.
- If the violation continues or is not resolved, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate the account.
- Permanently ban the company and its representatives from the Platform.
- Deny any refunds, regardless of subscription status or remaining balance.
These measures are necessary to protect the integrity, quality, and trustworthiness of the Naturale Organic.
You agree not to:
- Publish false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Impersonate another company or entity.
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Use the Platform for illegal activities.
- Circumvent pricing, billing, or platform limitations.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data without authorization.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, software, and branding are the exclusive property of Naturale Organic or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services, Links, and Integrations
12.1 Third-Party Links
The Platform provides links to external websites and resources (e.g., social media icons, User webshops or websites, addresses redirected to Google Maps). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites.
12.2 Integrations
Our Platform may integrate with third-party APIs or services (e.g., Google Maps API or PayPro Global). By using these features, you agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or technical issues arising from these integrations.
12.3 Assumption of Risk
Clicking on any external link or utilizing a third-party integration is done at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to data loss or financial transactions occurring on third-party platforms.
12.4 No Warranty
We make no guarantees that third-party services or integrations will function without error or remain available at all times.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.
- Accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
- Business results, sales, or commercial outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naturale Organic, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your content.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
16. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts without notice if you violate these Terms.
- Remove listings or content at our sole discretion.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform ceases.
- Fees paid are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
- If you voluntarily delete your account, any active payments, subscriptions, or listing rights are immediately void and forfeited.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by our registered business location.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. No Partnership / No Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Naturale Organic. You act solely as an independent business entity.
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, power outages, governmental actions, or internet service disruptions.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Naturale Organic regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
24. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without restriction.
25. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards in connection with your use of the Platform, including those related to commerce, advertising, consumer protection, and data protection.
26. Dispute Resolution (Optional – Mediation First)
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through informal negotiations and, if necessary, non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause.
27. Account Ownership and Access Responsibility
Account access credentials and internal account management are the sole responsibility of the company. Naturale Organic does not manage, verify, or transfer account ownership or access in the event of death, disability, or internal company changes. The company is responsible for ensuring appropriate access continuity through its own internal policies.
28. Zero Tolerance for Hate, Discrimination, and Political or Religious Content
The Platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that includes or promotes:
- Racism, racial discrimination, or hate speech.
- Religious discrimination, extremism, or propaganda.
- Political advocacy, propaganda, or ideological promotion.
- Harassment, threats, or demeaning content toward any individual or group.
This prohibition applies to all content formats, including but not limited to:
- Text
- Images
- Videos
- Reviews
- Comments
- Listings and announcements
Any violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate account termination,
- Permanent ban from the Platform,
- No refund of any paid fees.
29. Warnings, Disputes, and Enforcement Process
In cases of suspected violations, disputes, or behavior that may conflict with these Terms or applicable transactions, we reserve the right to:
- Issue a first warning or notification to the customer.
- Issue a second warning if the issue is not resolved.
- Issue a third and final warning if the issue persists.
If the violation continues after three warnings, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Suspend or permanently remove the affected listing(s), or
- Terminate the entire account,
- Permanently ban the user from the Platform,
- Deny any refunds of paid fees.
This warning process does not apply to violations involving fraud, illegal activity, hate speech, discrimination, or other zero-tolerance offenses, which may result in immediate termination without warnings.
