This Privacy Policy explains how Naturale Organic (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated via https://naturale-organic.com, collects, uses, stores, and shares information about users and companies on the Platform. By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
1. Account Registration and User Data
1.1 Free User Accounts
- Users can register a free account by providing a username, password, and email address.
- A confirmation email is sent and must be verified to complete registration.
- Free users may optionally provide: first and last name, avatar image, position, introduction text, address, phone, website, social links.
- Users can update their password and permanently delete their account.
- Optional fields are used to improve user experience and are not mandatory.
1.2 Company Listings (“Get Listed”)
- Users who register a company must provide business data including: company name, company ID/TIN number, headquarters address (street, city, postal code, country).
- This information may be displayed publicly on the company profile.
- When initiating a payment, this data is temporarily stored for a maximum of 15 days in a WordPress transient to allow troubleshooting of potential payment issues.
1.3 Payment Information
- Minimal payment details are stored for verification, including payment provider, transaction ID, and associated temporary company data.
- All payment logs from Paddle, PayPal, or other processors are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted.
- Data is used solely for payment verification and troubleshooting purposes.
1.4 Invoice Data
- Invoice-related data is permanently stored to comply with accounting and legal obligations.
- Invoice data is not deleted under any circumstances.
2. Public Company Data
- Company listings display relevant data publicly, including: company name, tagline, logo, cover image, categories (up to two levels), contact information (email, phone, website, social links), company address (for Google Maps link), latitude and longitude, business hours, company description, suggested certificates, image gallery, and video URLs.
- Product, service, and event listings display relevant attributes including the name and location (mandatory), and may include optional pricing, certifications, dietary information, and external links (e.g., webshop, videos).
- All public listing data are provided and managed by the user.
3. Account Deletion
- Users can request account deletion at any time.
- Upon deletion, a special administrative file is generated containing: company name and a list of all products, services, and events associated with that company.
- This file is used exclusively for administrative purposes, including support resolution and marketing compliance, and is deleted manually after processing.
- No personal user data beyond what is necessary for payment and account management is retained.
4. Third-Party Services
- Payment Processors: Paddle, PayPal, or other processors handle financial transactions. Minimal data is stored for verification and troubleshooting.
- Cloudflare: Provides content delivery and security services. Data may be transferred internationally.
- Google Maps: Used to display company locations; data may be collected according to Google’s privacy policies.
- Analytics: Currently limited to WordPress Page Visits Counter Lite plugin, which hashes IP addresses and does not store personal data.
- Additional third-party plugins (e.g., security plugins) may collect minimal technical data. Any such collection complies with GDPR.
5. Marketing and Communications
- We may send promotional emails or newsletters to registered users who have opted in.
- Users can unsubscribe at any time.
6. User Rights
- Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data via the dashboard or by contacting support.
- Business data associated with invoices or account administration may be retained as described above.
- Users may withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time (e.g., marketing emails).
7. Cookies
- Functional cookies are used to maintain login sessions and basic platform functionality.
- Consent is required for any non-functional cookies (e.g., analytics or marketing).
- Third-party cookies (Google Analytics, marketing, etc.) will only be used after explicit user consent.
